BRC Lighting Updates (FY2011)

This project replaced and reduced all the light fixtures in the building, from around 320 fixtures to approximately 165. In addition to the new fixtures, occupancy sensors were added to all offices, classrooms, labs, conference rooms and restrooms. The connected power load was reduced by 75%. This project saved considerable energy and the estimated annual savings is $7,600 (FY12 rates).
