What is FAMIS 360?
FAMIS 360, is an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) used to:
- to allow different types of work requests that are assigned to Facilities Management, to be tracked in a single system
- it enables departments and individuals to view the status of their requests
- it provides up-to-date and accurate cost data relating to requests
- and it provides a better and more efficient means of prioritizing and scheduling work to be done by Facilities Management
Getting access to FAMIS 360:
All faculty and staff are automatically granted access to FAMIS 360 to be able to submit a service request.
If you want to order items from the Campus Supply Warehouse, you need to have an approved Security Request System (SRS) role of SHOPPING. Role to request: System = FAMIS360; Role = SHOPPING
FAMIS 360 can be accessed from any browser using the link below.

To access FAMIS 360, click on the following link and enter your CatID username and passphrase.
Note: if you are a student departmental worker, you need to use your student departmental username and passphrase rather than your individual username and passphrase.
