Welcome to the UNI Facilities Management Website

Facilities Management is responsible for the physical development, maintenance, repair, and operation of campus buildings and grounds. We are a service organization comprised of more than 180 full-time employees and 50 students who provide around-the-clock response to facilities and grounds-related issues on campus to keep the buildings, classrooms, and grounds well maintained, clean, and comfortable.

Facilities Management Work Control Center is open 7:30 am to 4:30 pm M-F excluding holidays.
