- What items are accepted at the Recycling Substation?

- Where do I deposit magazines?
Magazines can be deposited in the newsprint bins.
- Can window glass be recycled?
No, window glass cannot be processed for recycling. Therefore, it needs to go in the regular garbage.
- Is colored glass accepted?
Yes, clear and colored glass and bottles are accepted.
- Is Styrofoam recyclable?
No, there is currently no market in this area for recycling Styrofoam. Please separate Styrofoam and dispose of it in the regular garbage.
- Do labels need to be removed from tin cans?
Cans should be cleaned and labels removed. They do not need to be crushed.
- Can any color of office paper be recycled?
Yes, all colors of office paper including envelopes can be recycled together.
